Returns or Exchanges

Please carefully check sizes, colours and designs before ordering. Since every product is made to order, we don't accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, wrong size, wrong design or wrong colour.

Damaged or Defective Items 

If an order arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, you can request a free reshipment or a refund; there is no need to send the item back.

Email us with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos. This will then be submitted by us directly to the manufacturer.
